"The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was v nice, and hotel was clean. Only thing to watch out for are the eco friendly policies which limit shower times (although this wasnt an issue for us)"

"Fantastic view of the sea from the bedroom terrace. We even saw deer walking by. Dinner and breakfast were ample and delicious. Free very delicious wine and beer served with dinner too! We hired a motorbike to visit all the view points and other island which was great. The friendly owners lent us masks and snorkel and wet suit (march - cold sea) and took us to the best snorkeling beach.we saw a turtle as soon as we entered the water. There are a couple of lunch options. One super delicious sashimi and the other an Italian Japanese restaurants, where they serve excellent fried chicken. Thank you for an excellent stay. "Average experience, this is clearly a newly open residence and only one floor is in service while the owner is still renovating the second floor. Maybe a lot for one person to handle , but professionalism could improve, cleanliness was ok but not perfect and while some things are newly renovated, this is an older building. Owner is helpful though and this may all improve in time . For now it’s a bit expensive for what it is, but there is limited options on Aka island anyways. "

"Small cozy rooms with shared shower and bath. Very conveniently situated next to dining and beach. The owner speaks good English and is very helpful. Would recommend for budget or solo travellers."

"Wir verbrachten eine Woche im Hotel mit Halbpension und fühlten uns sehr wohl und willkommen. Das Zimmer war gut, die Sprudelbadewanne im Badezimmer war super. Das Essen wunderbar. Es gab abends 5 x italienisches Fünfgängemenü (Wahl zwischen Fisch und Fleisch) und 2 x japanisches Essen. Beim Frühstück stand westliches oder japanisches Frühstück zur Auswahl. Die Hotelküche beherrscht beides sehr gut. Das Personal spricht etwas Englisch. Genug gut für unsere Bedürfnisse. Ich empfehle das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter."
