Just minutes from great restaurants, old town Cottonwood, Jerome and Dead Horse Ranch State Park. Rick was available for anything we needed - but there truly wasn't anything we wanted for!"

"I absolutely love this place! So cute, comfy, quiet, and VERY clean. We brought our own groceries, coffee and spices to cook. So affordable that way. We cooked every day breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was even left over containers to use for the next day. We walked to the grocery store and around the neighborhood. This is located it such a beautiful part of Prescott. The owners are very friendly and my husband and I come up a few times a month to work. We can’t wait to come back and...

"The furnace in the house is loud when it kicks on throughout the night. You can hear the traffic outside. The smell in the house has a stale, musty, old house smell. Location was good though as it is walkable to downtown."

"The house was everything we'd expected, and everything we needed was provided and more! The description was accurate. The only issue we experienced was the size of the bed, as we are accustomed to a king size. The bed was comfortable but it was a queen sized bed."

"The guest house was perfect and the hosts were very welcoming! They left us yummy chocolates from Gayle's chocolates...do get some to take home, so delicious! They had wine waiting for us, and lots of goodies in the cupboard. Other hosts will have a high bar to follow now! Close to the Verde Canyon Train ride and Dead Horse Ranch State Park. Cottonwood is a cute little town to walk around too. If you want great pizza/Italian try out Bocce in Cottonwood, OMG delicious!"
