"I've stayed in several VRBOs and this was my favorite. It was cozy and perfect for the two of us. I loved the hot tub and the gorgeous sunsets that we got to watch. Hiking was pretty much right out the door. We did several hikes that were within walking distance of the house. "The cottage is exactly as described: spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, and in a very quiet and beautiful location but close to everything in Sedona. "The furnace in the house is loud when it kicks on throughout the night. You can hear the traffic outside. The smell in the house has a stale, musty, old house smell. Location was good though as it is walkable to downtown."
