"The apartment space was comfortable for 3 adults for 4 nights. Our granddaughter slept on the fold out couch. It was not comfortable. On our 2nd night we began hearing loud noises in the bathroom. By the 3rd night it was louder and more frequent. "

"It is a hidden gem. Super quiet. The pool was closed for renovations but the hot tubs were open and we enjoyed those. The units are a bit older and need some updating but it was nice not sharing walls with anyone. "

"We get away from the valley to the Cottonwood/Verde Valley area about twice a year. Usually we stay in motels or B&B’s. But I discovered this gorgeous loft right downtown, and it was perfection! The one bedroom loft is very spacious and modern, with great amenities including a large walk-in shower, two balconies to enjoy the sunrise and sunset, a comfortable living area with a large screen TV, and a fully stocked kitchen. Being right on Main Street we walked to dinner both nights to local...

"We initially had some small difficulties getting the code and instructions, but I think it was the vrbo website and not tge host. It all worked out. The evap cooling system did not cool the back bedroom very well. There were no coffee filters, which made brewing coffee a challenge. Would have been nice to have a dinette set on the porch for eating outside to enjoy the incredible views. Overall, it was a great stay at a great location within easy walk to all of the tasting rooms and restaurants....

The listing description is accurate. It has the basic supplies that we needed. Check in was so easy. We enjoyed our stay. "
