We stayed during their off season and many of the hotel amenities were not available for use including the jacuzzi, pool bar, gym, and sauna which we were not made aware of prior to booking. The room was not clean when we arrived with stains on the bed and hair/garbage in the bathroom from the previous person. "The property had a courtyard that made the whole hotel feel like a resort getaway.
