"We absolutely loved this place. It was cosy, comfortable, wonderful people who run it. We had a disaster with car rental after a delayed flight and the hosts couldn’t have been more kind and understanding. It’s so chilled, welcoming, beautiful and peaceful. "Wonderful bed and breakfast. Andrea and his family were incredible hosts. They saved us a perfect parking spot right outside and provided excellent recommendations for the area including dining which was very good. Room was clean and spacious and we slept very well. The breakfast they made was delicious as well! Cannot recommend highly enough, a wonderful stay and hosts!"

When you walk in, the staff are lovely and welcoming with fantastic English but the bar is in the reception with the only public seating for the hotel also in both bar/reception area. People sit and stare as you are checking in. "Very nice hotel close to the Therme. The hotel aslo assisted with discounted entry passes for the San Pellegrino Therme up the road which is much appreciated. The rooms are in a very good condition and the breakfast served is good. I will be happy to stay at this hotel again. "

"The hotel was conveniently located near the thermal spa and I was able to stay & enjoy until the evening. The area is so picturesque and loved strolling around the shops. The breakfast is great with baked pastries.I can hear the water pipes from adjoining rooms ,it didn't bother me since I brought earplugs. There is no aircon but you can open the windows."

"We stayed in a Junior Suite – a spacious and comfortable room, perfect for two adults and a child. The suite featured both a shower and a bathtub, and even had an exercise bike, which was a pleasant surprise. The room, like the rest of the hotel, was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The location is extremely convenient – just under a 10-minute walk from Bergamo Airport, which makes it ideal for travelers. Despite being so close to the airport, we didn’t hear a single plane during our stay. It was wonderfully peaceful.The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable."

"We enjoyed our stay here although when we arrived we ended driving past it three times before we worked out how to access the parking lot. Once located, the Residenza Del Borgo proved to be a great place to stay, with large room and wonderful breakfast each day. We'd happily stay here again. "

"It has a a bit of a quirky interior, but we really enjoyed our stay at the B&B Hotel in Bergamo. It was a short walk from the train station and we were given a warm welcome on arrival. The breakfasts were great and the location worked out for the areas we were visiting on foot."
