"Ther was mold in the soap dish, dirt or food on the walls, peeling wall paper, over powering/sickening cherry deodorant attempting to cover up cigarette smoke smell and it was dark with barking dogs and crying babies. "Staying at Villa Pulejo is a unique experience in like staying in a historical masterpiece. The facilities were modernized but you can still visualize the grandeur this mansion was built for. Walking around the grounds we found treasures like the centuries old magnolia trees, meticulously kept garden and the original horse stable. Staff went above and beyond without smothering you. Fruits came from groves on property. We will cherish memories made during our 9 days stay. "
