"The property is fine and the facilities are good. The parking seems safe and is convenient, but the spaces marked for the Holiday Inn were very full. The spaces marked for Miller and Carter were available but it was not clear if it was ok to park there. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The bedroom was fine but stank of stale cigarette smoke. It was great the way the door closed to enclose the toilet within the bathroom for extra privacy among roommates. The breakfast was quite...

"Visited recently. Really good experience. Wonderful reception staff. Jane and Poppy were excellent, really helpful. Could not fault this hotel. Exceptionally clean, good parking and good location. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Had 3 lovely days at Brooksyde. A very comfortable house, a home form home seaside retreat. A great base to visit Lyme Regis, Sidmouth etc. Beer is a really lovely little village with a few independent shops and restaurants. The voucher for the next door shop was a nice surprise. Would highly recommend "
