My SIL had surgery at UIC , this hotel was very nice and close to the hospital , the shuttle was amazing , and the shuttle driver was super nice,

Pleasant Stay for Marathon
Location is be very good, close to metro and have certain good restaurants two blocks behind. Hotel has shuttle bus which can send you within 1 mile. Room is cozy but a bit noisy can hear toilet flush from the next room. Staff are very helpful and cheerful. It’s a pleasant stay for my marathon.
