The owner apparently does not inform hotels.com or other websites that there are no more rooms available, sells them multiple times and then blames 'the Internet' when lots of angry customers pile up at the reception. I had to walk to other hotels at night, tired and pushing my luggage to see if any other hotel had availability and would take me with the vague promise that...

"Pleasant stay at Grand Hotel Admiral Palace. The physical hotel is a bit dated (only sit down tub, no functional shower); but they keep it up very well. The hotel restaurant is excellent with unique menu items. Nice pool facilities. "
