"The place is not as clean or luxurious as they advertise. The mattress was very old, squeaky and very soft. The type of soft that just sinks when you lay down and it’s impossible to sleep on. When we told management about it and asked for a partial refund since we weren’t able to get any sleep, we were told that a partial refund it’s not possible, that they can’t accommodate requests regarding mattress preferences and plainly told us we can go ahead and sleep on the couch; which is ridiculous....

Parking was free and very easy right in front or in the parking garage a few steps away. The whole area is a secured area with a guarded gate. Small grocery store just a few steps away, and several restaurants(except some not open due to Covid). Very close to a big shopping mall with lots of restaurants.
