We were visiting DC (the museums were about 35 minutes away but felt like 20) Silver Springs (15 minutes) and Rockville (about 25 minutes felt like 15). The hosts were so kind- we almost cancelled because some travelers were sick and they were accommodating to figure a plan. "Great space to gather as a family. It has a designated parking space outside the unit. The space was large enough to accommodate a Christmas gathering for my family of 6 - with room to spare. The foosball table added some extra fun and having multiple bathrooms was a great addition! Personal preference - I didn’t care for the foam mattresses but my wife was fine with it. "

Parking your car is tricky so we used other means of transportation, better for DC anyway. The kitchen was well stocked. A couple of situations were quickly resolved by the property manager and Evolve. "

The house was big and the host brought in some extra items for our cooking needs which was so kind. The house is very well located to convenient shopping and within 15 minutes of Mount Vernon which is where we visited. Thank you!"
