"The staff was really nice and helpful when I had questions and issues. In the middle of the night when there were very loud people in the hallways, I called the front desk and they immediately came up to quiet things down. In the dining room in the morning there was a wonderfully cheery woman working who chatted, pointed out the dolphins in the water, and spread good cheer."

"The walls are very thin and there were loud kids next door for the first 2 nights. Even reported it to tell front desk but they were still loud. Couldn't sleep in the room and had to sleep on the pullout couch and shut bedroom door so it didnt sound like they were in the room with us. There wasnt a frying pan and took 2 days get one. "It’s a nice hotel for the price, beds were comfy and staff was friendly. Elevator broke down one day we were there but was fixed quick. The walls are super thin and can hear everything. Great walking distance from lots of stores and restaurants. Right on the beach and is a nice area. "
