"Unfortunately the house has seen better times, the flooring is in a bad state of of repair, sockets hanging of the walls and what looks like telephone cables loose and not connected, luckily we did not have young children with us otherwise I would have said unsafe. There was no heating or hot water in the property and whilst the host offered to get someone in on the 2nd night there was still no hot water which meant the family had to find alternatives. "A fairly priced stay. Advertised as sleeping ten, we were eight and it felt a bit of a squeeze having just the one toilet (the listing said two). The downstairs basement room was fine for us but you do need to keep the dehumidifier running or it smells damp. The stairs to the basement need care and attention too. Aside from the basement room, the space is lovely and just what we needed, especially the large dining table. The owner is helpful, responsive and accommodating :-)"

"Great for an overnight airport stay. But even though it’s a short distance from the airport, getting there is challenging as with any Heathrow airport hotel. The airport’s hotel shuttle service only comes every half hour snd services what seems to be all of the major hotels in the area, uber which is much faster can be 30-40 pounds during peak hours. "

"Myself and my friend stayed here from Friday until sunday. The staff were very helpful, the hotel was very clean and there was alot of choice at breakfast. The hotel itself is right near big ben transport links really good. The only issue was there was no plugs next to your bed to charge your devices only under the TV which is on the other side of the room. Apart from that we would definitely stay again. "

Great room size

"Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. The room size was great. Large windows, high ceilings, modern bathroom. Breakfast was a little undercooked and choices were abundant but the same day after day. Great coffee. The hairdryer is a full throated unit that actually dries your hair. Great location."

Over night stay

"Really modern whilst keeping it modest and simple. Bed and bathroom, all you need. Lovely friendly staff from the door to the desk. The only downside was there is a club downstairs (we didn’t know when booking) and my god the girl with the mic and the music kept us awake all hours. If I’d known I would have brought ear plugs and I’m sure it would have been ok. "
