"The only reason I dropped a star was because this was my second stay in the last month and on both occasions, the emergency alarm went off in the early hours of the morning and lasted for ages waiting for the fire brigade to arrive. The first time it happened another guest said it had happened the night before. You seriously need to get this alarm fixed because on neither of the 3 occasions was there an actual emergency. Otherwise great place to stay."

"The room was nothing like in the images, the fridge was not cold there was no ventilation in bathroom it was pokey smelled like bleach, the kettle was filthy I had to clean bugs out of it before I could use it, the bed was horrible so hard and was itching all night, and no parking was all in all the worst place I have ever stayed. The lady however was lovely and extremely accomodating with the fact that we were late check in. "

"3rd stay at this Motel. Handy to the Chermside Shopping Centre & Bus Station. Whilst the rooms are a bit dated, they are clean & comfortable. Breakfast can be ordered, mine have been good and filling. Will be staying there again."

"I've stayed here a few times, as it's close to my mother's home. Convenient to Westfield. This time I stayed in a King: loved it, level 7, quiet and felt safe. Shower took full 10 minutes to warm up, so there's not great hot water system. Not great halving a cold shower when rooms are pricey."
