"Positives: 1) Brought back nostalgia from he days of the British Raj 2) Excellent service people 3) Great kitchen - amazing food. Very friendly and helpful staff Areas for improvement: 1) Building is old - over a 100 years old and shows its age. "The hotel doesn't allow outside food to be delivered picked up which is a major drawback and it has monopoly to order from their own restaurant only. Also they dontclean rooms unless instructed.service was good though but not considered for a stay in future. "

"Staff was excellent and restaurants were superb. The room was clean but the property is old and could use some renovation. There was only one night where the noise was too loud (at 3am) but one call to the front desk and it was promptly addressed! "
