"The hotel is incredible and very well located, but what makes it even better are the staff members - so helpful and friendly. The ladies and reception and Michael in Concierge were a stand out. Thanks for helping me buy tickets for the Opera Michael! It was a wonderful experience and I truly recommend it (just across the road from the hotel). Breakfast was also so very yummy. "

"We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was great, plenty of options for children. The staff was kind to give takeaway boxes for leftover kids food. Only thing, we found our room a bit dates, but as we were out on tours on 2 days we didn't mind. The bed were super comfy to sleep"
