"The Monkton court B&B was a brilliant place to stay very friendly welcome we had a small issue that was dealt with very quickly breaks was also of good Quailty ingredients and the owners catered to our requirements even though we wanted quite an early breakfast the room was such a lovely place you for you to relax also the grounds would suit what ever the weather nice place to sit out and enjoy the view but a room you want to take time to enjoy also with a bath that was also hot too would...

"We had a lovely welcome from Rupert who was an excellent host. Our room was spacious with everything we required - even fresh milk. Breakfast was perfect with fresh fruit and yogurt, cereal and a choice of cooked breakfasts which were cooked to perfection. My gluten free diet was catered for very well. Can highly recommend."

"Nice room, bathroom had both shower and bath but when we went to use bath there was no plug so could not use which was disappointing. Shower was not very powerful at all. Plenty of tea /coffee provided and bottles of water provided. Beds comfy, enjoyed good sleep. They don’t do food anymore, so have to go else where for dinner & breakfast. "

"Cosy and comfortable. Decent bedding and excellent duvet. Really nice breakast. The bathroom safety rails should be replaced as very rusty but plenty of hot water. Overall very clean, only let down by the rusty rails in the bathroom. Wouldnt put me off staying again, it was so peaceful and comfortable."

"The hotel is very neat and tidy with air conditioner functioning very well, this is really helpful during summer time, and the dinner is impressively delicious, hot served breakfast also light up the day"

"Julie my wife and I stayed at kates farm for three nights for a break and a rest, we had a great break and we are totally rested. Fantastic break, Julie and Kate walking dogs every morning and evening, I kept the real fire going and that was perfect for us to sit down next to in the evening. Others said the breakfast was great and they are correct, Kates breakfast was fantastic .Kate was very attentive at all times and we felt perfectly at home."

"The hosts were great… however, the cleanliness was not good!. Upon inspecting our bed, it was clear that the bedding had not been changed, we found two pieces of grass and several pieces of body hair, including eyelashes… "
