"We had a wonderful time in this cosy, rustic chalet with impeccable views. It was great for two families and had everything we needed. Only things to watch out for are head heights - there are lots of low level ceilings and so not great for very tall people and lots of steep steps so not brilliant if you have any mobility issues at all. However for a stay very near to the Croix Fry lifts, easy ski hire, slopes, cross country ski and delightful walks it was perfect."

Fairly close to the samoens ski gondola but you probably do need a car.The apartment has everything you need and was very comfortable. Two slight issues that might have got lost in translation. The information states the apartment has WiFi but it hasn’t. It is just part of the 4G network. "We spent 3 weeks here and loved every minute of it. There's a lot of room with a proper well fitted kitchen which we much appreciated because we mostly cook for ourselves. However La Chapelle has a number of really good restaurants so every now and then we had an evening off and ate out. The uninterupted view from the main living room is the Cret Beni, which is so beautiful. We plan to return next year, if by then the two camp beds in second bedroom have been replaced it would take the score...

John was very helpful recommending restaurants and replying to messages quickly. The ski area was excellent for all abilities, with lovely restaurants to explore up the mountains. Thank you John."

"We stayed for a week in March 2020. Excellent property, well equipped with everything you need. Very quiet, in a rural setting with a great view. The ski bus stops just down the road so getting to and from the property was really easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again."
