"While proximity to the train station and Geneva is desirable, I would not recommend staying at this accommodation. The listing deceitful and way to expensive for what it is. Walls are paper thin, no security or people at the check in counter, bed is horribly uncomfortable. We had to beg for soap and toilet paper. Not a suitable accommodation "

"It was off-season so hardly anyone was there. My room was terrific with a mini-sauna on the deck. Staff was very friendly. Easy walk into town with the plenty of dining options (during the season that is). A very nice place and a great stay. "

"We had a spacious 2 bed apartment which was perfectly situated for access to Montjoie telecabin and the amenities of Les Contamines. The building is new and was well appointed, the spa exceeded our expectation and we enjoyed the use of this throughout the week. "

"No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included....

"Great location near the bus stop & bottom of Perriers lift. The kitchen/living room was a great space to relax in the evenings. Good wifi, tv with lots of DVDs and games & everything you need in the kitchen. Only negative was one of us needing to go into town to pick up the keys on arrival but luckily we know the village & we were able to get into apartment entrance with kids & cases rather than wait in the cold. Good that the week’s stay included cleaning at the end, linen and towels. Would...

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Charles. L’environnement est magnifique, Chamonix est facilement accessible en voiture ou en train. L'appartement est très chaleureux et très bien équipé (même des jeux pour les enfants). Nous avons aussi bien profité de la piscine, très agréable après une bonne journée de randonnée. Les activités et randonnées ne manquent pas, difficile de faire des choix. Charles est un hôte formidable qui nous a donné plein de conseils. Nous reviendrons certainement...
