"Fab place. Need some money spend on the decor but actually that adds to the grandeur of the place. Great swimming, you could spend all day there. Lovely service, everyone smiling. Highly recommend!"

"I stayed for one night on a cycling trip. I was very happy with everything. Nadia met me at the door and explained everything nicely. She was able to provide secure storage for my bike around the corner from the property. The room was smartly furnished and a generous size. The breakfast, as noted by others, was delicious and extensive. It was a pleasure to share it with some other guests. Shops and centre ville are close by. I would definitely stay again."

"The property is an old renovated and comfortable house with a pleasant garden in a small villagge. The owners, Sigrid and Manuel, welcomed us like family. Sigrid is an excellent cook and prepared us, as we requested, a light dinner including home made gazpacho, tomato bread, charcuterie and other local specialties. "Beautiful and peaceful room in a BnB walking distance to prades city center. The garden was an oasisandtheviewof the mountains from the room was exceptional. The owners were very friendly and quick to respond to any communication."

"We spent 5 days in May 2023 at the charming and spacious Villa du Parc, in one of their 2-bedroom Gite apartments. The Villa is very well situated in the suburbs of Prades, only 10 minutes walk from the attractive town centre. The apartment and the whole Villa were clean, well laid out and well equipped. "Good welcome. English spoken. Modern lift, large well laid out room. Comfortable beds, extra blanket, Fridge with two bottles of water. Kettle with tea and coffee. Wifi, Large walk in shower - plenty of hot water Good parking right out side the door or underground - small payment. In fact everything you could need and more. The restaurant, too was excellent - choice of French or Vietnamese cuisine, good wine list all at a very reasonable price all cooked on the premises. The pintade (guinea fowl) was amazing. As was the creme brulee. We will DEFINATELY be staying there again and would heartily recommend this hotel and its food."

Pure relaxation

"We normally do the all inclusive holidays but this year decided to drive and stay in a villa. Matt the host was always available if both pre during and post our stay for any questions issue concerns we had. We were not disappointed with this property this is massive an as family of 7 we never felt we were on top of each other. It is beautiful and our kids were in there element the lol was great the same room is perfect and we never wanted to come home we will be visiting again. Happy kids happy mum and dad thanks Matt"

What a friendly find with everything right there.

"Le Clos Cerdan is a great place to stay because everything is right there. The rooms are very freshly redone and spacious with artful lighting. They have a bar and restaurant so no need to drive anywhere, and the view is spectacular. We had a rainy few days so the steam room and sauna were a treat when it was too cold to walk outside. There's also plenty of parking. Next time we'll bring our tennis rackets!"

"This 250 year old property is beautifully maintained and the conversion to modern amenities was tasteful and functional without compromising the visual integrity of the historical structure . The 13 meter long pool is well maintained and clean . It was reminded us of Napa Valley before it was discovered and developed . It was great value as well."

Good stopping point on our way

"The people at the reception desk were incredibly nice and polite. The breakfast was really good. The area is good also with a nearby town that has a lot of dining options. Just be aware there is a large deposit that you have to put on the room and a lot of rules such as cleaning the entire apartment before checking out or you will lose a portion of the deposit depending on what you didn’t do. We only stayed one night, so, it was easy to clean up before we left. Just be aware of their policy. The apartment is 4 rooms- kitchen, bathroom, living/sleeping and a small sleeping area with a bunk bed. It was cramped for the 4 of us. "

An idyllic and relaxing experience

"We wanted a chilled, relaxed and lazy holiday in a beautiful environment at a spacious and comfortable villa, we got this and more. Jean Pierre and Basanti were the most welcoming and attentive of hosts. The location is superb, with views to the Pyrenees on a clear day and a large garden that encourages a wide range of amazing butterflies. The pool is well tended and has spacious new decking and furniture for relaxing. The villa is very comfortable, with all the amenities needed and stays cool when the weather is hot. Limoux is a short distance away by car, with a huge Leclerc for supplies and lots of affordable restaurants. We have been to France on holiday many times and this was the best, it ticked all the boxes and we will be returning. Thank you Jean Pierre and Basanti!"
