A particular highlight was the bar experience, where Mai Seike crafted cocktails that rival the very best I’ve had anywhere—London, New York, Tokyo, you name it. Her creations were complex, original, and utterly unforgettable. Halekulani has proven that even a large-scale resort with over 300 rooms can still deliver five-star hospitality with soul. "It was one of the best hotel I have ever been to in terms of movie vs quality. It is located at the heart of downtown and all of the design in the room much so much sense and usefulness is 5stars. Not to mention the washroom is very well built and the water pressure was great! Highly recommend especially if you can get some discount from time to time. 5/5"

"We loved staying at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and kind and were always available to provide assistance. The free breakfast was excellent! I didn’t realize it was included when I booked, so it was a pleasant surprise. So yummy! Sadly, the pool was closed because of the rain but it looked nice. Parking was super easy and not too expensive. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Naha. "

"Everything was good. It was our first time and they gave us a free room upgrade. They even allowed us an early check in and gave us a fever patch upon realizing that our toddler was sick without us asking. You could ask for a thermometer from the front desk and also rent a stroller. Breakfast was also fantastic, with the attentive service staff offering me decaf coffee when she noticed I was pregnant. Overall a wonderful stay with no complaints at all. My toddler recovered promptly with some medicine and could explore American Village with us."
