We tried to make changes to our reservation at the desk, but had to call the central booking number. So that was a bit inconvenient but they did let us use their hotel phone. Convenient access to the train station to travel to London. The breakfast was expensive so we didn't buy it. They said that the wifi was free in the lobby but it was dreadfully slow. "On the hottest night of the year in an unairconditioned room opposite a nightclub ejecting noisily in the early hours, my wife and I spent a miserable night. However, in other areas staff couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast room / diner is soulless. "
