"Hotel was nice and most staff were kind, friendly, and helpful despite the large volume of people trying to check in at the same time ahead of a show at JPJ area. The exception was the valet. I saw him get into a verbal altercation with a pedestrian that he almost hit with someone else’s car. We also witnessed the valet drive like a maniac when out of view of the lobby area.
