"I decided to ignore the bad reviews and booked a 3-night stay. We arrived early from our flight and the front desk was very welcoming. We asked if we could hang out at the Emerald Beach Cafe until our room was ready and the ladies were extremely friendly and instructed us where to go. The Resort is on the beach and beautiful. The Bartender welcomed us, and the staff constantly inquired if we were in need of anything. We did not dine in the restaurant as it was a short trip and spent our time...

"The staff here was super friendly and helpful. Right beside the airport, so great location when arriving or leaving. Close to Brewer's Bay. You can tell this property would have been 5 star in the past but it is getting run down. I would rate it a 3 star now. But the staff makes up for that. :)"

"Besides the phenomenal view from our balcony, we enjoyed the spacious 1-bedroom suite equipped with a sofa bed and kitchenette. The room and view exceeded our expectations. The staff were also very helpful. The walk downtown was only 10-min although the hill was very steep and requires one to be physically fit. We actually enjoyed the workout. We wanted to be near downtown but the trade off was that we needed to travel to the beach. "
