"Our stay at John's cottage was perfect. He provided great directions, which was helpful as we arrived after dark. The beds were comfortable and my niece was loved the goodies that were left for us. The cottage was in a great area and near to our friend's house, which is who we were visiting. We will definitely stay again!"

"We stayed for a long weekend at this beautiful 3BD, 2bath home. It is located directly across the street from the gorgeous marina just outside of Boyne City downtown area. The town is within walking distance - lots of restaurants, shops, coffee shops. The marina grounds were a perfect place to walk our dog also. "This house has everything needed for a perfect relaxing vacation. The house is centrally located between all the lakes. We were able to bring our boat and have it with us and the public launch is right across the lake. The house was tastefully decorated and the deck was very relaxing. We made use of the firepit by the lake several nights. Looking forward to returning next year. Will definitely book this house again. I highly recommend the Clam Cottage! "

"My three sons, their wives and children. And I stayed here for a week. Plenty of room. Lots of extra roll away beds and bed linens. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, glasses and dishes. The house was bigger than it looked from the outside. 'Nice little walk to the beach and not even the 3 year old complained. The host was very responsive when I had questions/concerns. Great place for a larger group."

Everything is thoughtfully done (dog stuff- bowls, toys and a tie out/ human stuff- coffee bar, books and hammocks, a great view) it’s a beautiful, comfortable place. All communication with Amanda was easy, timely and helpful (she helped recommend a boat rental, and eased nerves about payment). It was a fantastic experience, and look forward to booking again."

"The property is situated in an ideal location to enjoy Good Hart, The Tunnel of Trees, Cross Village and Petoskey. We enjoyed the trails adjacent to the property and hunting for stones at the beach. When we weren’t out enjoying the beauty of the area, we were thankful for an extremely clean, cozy home to relax in. The owners are extremely clean, organized, courteous and helpful. The house had everything we needed--plenty of bath and beach towels, lots of floats and a lily pad mat, and fully stocked kitchen and bathroom.
