"Lake is not swim able. Kitchen needs more utensils for cooking. Kitchen light does not work. Beds in bunk room have terrible mattresses. Location was good except for traffic noise. Clean. Nice stay for a retreat. "

"The property is situated in an ideal location to enjoy Good Hart, The Tunnel of Trees, Cross Village and Petoskey. We enjoyed the trails adjacent to the property and hunting for stones at the beach. When we weren’t out enjoying the beauty of the area, we were thankful for an extremely clean, cozy home to relax in. The owners are extremely clean, organized, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend their rental. "

"Spent a week at Loon Lodge for a family vacation. We had a great time kayaking, swimming, and hanging out by the water. The house had everything we needed--plenty of bath and beach towels, lots of floats and a lily pad mat, and fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Our teens liked having their own space in the bunkhouse. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, but close to town for necessities or a meal out. We also rented a boat and it was a very easy process. Sara was very easy to communicate...

"We stayed for a long weekend at this beautiful 3BD, 2bath home. It is located directly across the street from the gorgeous marina just outside of Boyne City downtown area. The town is within walking distance - lots of restaurants, shops, coffee shops. The marina grounds were a perfect place to walk our dog also. The home is the most well-stocked VRBO I have ever stayed at - including towels, blankets, any kitchen items you might need. It was cold while we were there (October) so did not...

"This property is one of the best places we have ever stayed, and this was our 3rd time back! The cabin itself is well maintained and meticulously clean. It had everything we need, including coffee! There is a telescope in the Sun porch for viewing bald eagles and other wildlife, there is a ton of space in the walk out basement for our young adult kids to play games and hang out after spending a day on the water.
