"Great location to be able to walk downtown with safety and ease. All needed supplies were included and kitchen well stocked. Only crazy thing was the snow melt that leaked into the basement where the washer and drier are! "

"We visited to ski and visit the waterpark at Boyne Mountain. Location was great for this purpose. House was clean, comfortable (great beds), and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, a huge ice storm hit during our stay and we lost power. However, host was communicative and had flashlights available and the gas stovetop allowed us to still cook/stay warm/city water still worked as well. In spite of the power outage (out of host's control), we still had a great time and plan to return...

"It was a really nice, comfortable small house. Close to downtown, so quick access to restaurants and shopping. "

"The property was clean, but we felt that it was cleaned possibly a week before our arrival and could have used a refresh. We would have liked to use the grill but it was not clean for immediate use and we had to make other plans for dinner. The only other downside to the stay was the mattress(s) in the 4th bedroom with the bunk beds. Both were very thin and uncomfortable. The guest ended up sleeping on the couch."
