"This property is very central to lots of beautiful beaches and villages in Cornwall. The lodge has everything we needed. Only downside is the garden is not secure for the dogs and it’s near a busy road . The hot water boiler keeps going out and water is not very warm to wash up . "

"I Had a Very Nice Week At This holiday home at the parkdean joliday park Newquay I jave been to Newquay many years previous so it was nice to revisit place I Had Previously Visited The holiday home was very nice it Ended up Very Expensive As It Was Only Me On Holiday And This Kind Of Holiday Would Have Been alot cheaper if the cost was shared with around six people staying in the holiday home but that eas my chosen Holiday But I Enjoyed My Time There "

"Honestly , was the most beautiful place . So many small touches from the home made scones to the hand held mirror with the lighting . The grounds are beautiful , so peaceful. The bed was so comfortable , falling asleep under the stars. Dean and Stephen really did go above and beyond - so friendly and gave recommendations for places to eat and visit which made our visit even better ! Loved it !!! Highly recommend ! "

"We would go back in a heartbeat. The location is a perfect. Its a peaceful countryside retreat only 10 minutes drive from the beach! The Bolt Hole was extremely well equipped and the Hosts Leah and Paul were fantastic."

"Stayed with my partner whilst travelling around Cornwall and have to say, this place is a little Gem! It’s absolutely spotless inside, not a mark on anything which is a breath of fresh air compared to some of the places we’ve stayed! Completely private and in a real peaceful location, close to town and not far from popular Newquay. We stayed in 3 places this week and this was by far the best! Hope to visit again soon! Would love to see a hot tub in this location, then I’ll be back every...

"Photos don’t really show how small the pod is. Very cramped. Weather didn’t help as it rained constantly. Not ideal. Left after one night Had to wait ten minutes in the rain for the host to sort herself and dogs out so I could get the key."

"On arrival I parked my car as close to corner as possible .. a lady came out from the house and I introduced myself.. she very abrupt and said “who are you ?” I explained I had a booking to be told “it’s possible it’s not been cleaned” this was 7pm on arrival and I said check in was 4pm .. to that she looked at my nephew And quite rudely said “how old is he ??” I was shocked at her rudeness and very unwelcoming approach to us .. "Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
