"The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and beds were comfy. The pillows were flat and not comfortable however. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, my favorite was the make yourself waffles. I enjoyed this hotel very much. "

"The hotel was clean but needs a major renovation. The door to our bathroom didn’t even open all the way because the bed being too close to it. The bathroom was extremely small and not comfortable at all. Probably would choose another hotel next time. "

"The renovations to rooms were well done. Beds were comfortable. The room was dark and quiet and made sleeping easy. Could use more condiments for coffee in the room. Breakfast was good. Happy hour was nice and drinks were tasty, however, didn’t like the sales pitch during it. Convenient to the convention center, food, and shopping. Parking was easy and cheap. "

"One of the best Hamptons I have ever stayed in. Front desk personnel were superb. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast food and staff were great. Will definitely stay here again."

"Very interesting hotel. You can hear Frank Sinatra’s music, which I love, playing in the lobby area all the time. Location can not be better. Rooms are somewhat outdated, but this could be expected, considering how old the building is. Room and beds are very comfortable but the bathroom too small. Hint, do not park in the hotel. There is a public garage next to the hotel and in the street right next to the property. Overnight rate is half of what the hotel charges."
