"Good place for the price. Decor & furnishings are a bit dated,hence the price. Close to casino & restaurants. Good size fridge,micro,ironing board,TV in our room. Will return."

"The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. When asked for extra towel, the staff straightened up the room when delivered. The breakfast was opened early for guests that were leaving early due to snowstorm. Our new hotel of choice for Charles Town. Thanks for a great stay."

The color coordinated hallways and rooms are very neat and well chosen. Thanks much for a memorable fine stay, for western Virginia. "Our stay at the GW this time was pretty good. The hotel is a great stop on our travels and we look forward to it every time. This time, I opted for the Junior Suite since we had had a stressful trip thus far. The room itself was great, the bed was comfortable and the room service was timely. The fireplace worked great on the cold night. The only part that I was not satisfied with was the shower. The handle was very loose, and I felt like I was going to break it. I hope this gets fixed, because I would really like to book the Junior Suite again."
