"Staff was amazingly helpful. For my birthday the staff helped arrange a cake to celebrate my birthday which was one of the best desserts I remember having(something like a dulce de leche mousse cake). The owner Litsa was very kind and made sure we had a table at the restaurant and greeted us every time we came back to the hotel. "

We were arriving very late to the hotel and she sent me a personalized video of how to enter the hotel, access the key for the room and how to use the air conditioning and patio door in the room.
