"The owner is lovely which makes this accommodation the only place to stay in Chania! She ensures you are cared for in every need, from wine and snacks upon arrival to recommendations for excursions. The home itself is beautiful and so wonderful to enjoy. The neighbors were so sweet, and it was clean, even spotless and it was safe, and quiet. The location is perfect!!!! "Staff was amazingly helpful. For my birthday the staff helped arrange a cake to celebrate my birthday which was one of the best desserts I remember having(something like a dulce de leche mousse cake). The owner Litsa was very kind and made sure we had a table at the restaurant and greeted us every time we came back to the hotel. "

We were arriving very late to the hotel and she sent me a personalized video of how to enter the hotel, access the key for the room and how to use the air conditioning and patio door in the room. We stayed in a junior suite with a patio, and it was gorgeous.
