A thing that we didn’t expect, unfortunately, was that our guest room toilet didn’t flush well. Hotel even left instructions for us to only flush natural waste but not the toilet paper. The pool is a bit dated, but it's a rooftop view with full sunlight in the Saigon heat, so that makes up for it. We stayed in the Club Suite room which comes with slippers and bath robes, and will definitely come back. "
