"A pleasant experience all in all. I just felt a slight smell of damp in my room and carpet was old. Also drain in bath could have done with a scrub. The room was quite small as I didn’t have enough room to open my suitcase without tripping over it. Otherwise, had a comfy bed. Clean toilet. Clean towels and accessories. Nice choice of food at breakfast and also ala cart during the day. "

"Our room was facing the Sindhubhavan Road so we had good view. Other side doesn’t have good view. Overall very good experience except the Spa. Spa floor was very oily and slippery. She used lots of oil for messaging and didn’t wipe excess oil down after the message. I had tough time washing it off. "
