"Great facilities. Hotel has an attached Illy Cafe which was nice, especially on rainy days if you didn't want to step out. Gym was well equippped too and had eveything my wife and I would of wanted. Nice room, clean, comfortable bed and pillows and the black out curtains made well for extra sleep. A lot of outlets to charge multiple phones and devices like my wife and I had plus an included wireless charger they have installed themselves. Shower has two different heads especially the overhead rain option and always enjoy having a bidet that had english translation as well. Only downside was that the room had very little storage or closet space. Had I stayed longer than 4 nights, we probably would of had to use our luggage as that just because its Seoul and youre destined to go shopping. Very quiet and safe area as well with 24 hour convenience stores around and an Olive Young as well in case you forgot necessities. Staff all spoke good english and were extremely proficient in what they do. Would stay again!"

"Amazing hotel at the best location in Seoul. Walkable to different palaces, night shopping areas, right next to the Lotte department store. Rooms are nice, clean, and the technology is impressive. They even have 110V plugs (despite the country being 220V). I would stay here again in my next visit."

"We stayed in 4 hotels during our trip to Seoul and this was our favourite hotel by a long way. The location was fantastic- walking distance to the palaces Gyeongbokgung and Changdeokgung and Jongmyo -all wonderful experiences. We loved wandering the small streets of Bukchon Hanok village with its quirky shops and speciality food sellers- especially the fruit mochi shop and Artist bakery and cafe. There was a lovely vibe in this area of Seoul. We encountered an outdoor cinema and outdoor reading areas in the Gwanghwamun square. And easy to walk to Myeong-Dong cafes and shops. Book tickets 6 days in advance for Changdeokgung Secret Gardens. Restricted entry here - must be booked on to a guided tour. Nearest subway Anguk. The hotel staff were the friendliest we encountered, the beds were the most comfortable and the breakfast buffet spread was absolutely delicious. Also this was the quietest hotel we stayed in- no road noise here."
