"Hidden in an alley, which my look a bit sketch, but all good--very safe. You'll be able to see the sign from the alley, but they have two entrances. The one I went through, as soon as I opened the door, the guy came rushing out, grabbed my bags and lead me to the front desk.Very close to the subway, which has three different lines, and great location as its easy to get places from this location by subway or walking. "We loved this hotel. Firm beds, clean rooms, great staff. Walking to subway and Insadog for shopping. Close to Palaces. The rooms are small so if you have a lot of luggage you may want to upgrade to a bigger room. Amenities were fabulous. All in all, I would stay here again. Only the tiniest critique, the bathroom lighting could be brighter for older women wanting to put on makeup."

It was a lot more modern than I expected based on the pictures, but the lobby area was very nice and spacious, and the dorm-style beds were also quite big with very comfortable mattresses. The bathroom was also very large with many shower stalls and toilet stalls available. The reception was also very kind and helpful, and I had a very smooth checkin process, even at 12am. Overall, had everything I needed! The included breakfast was also nice! "

"Had a wonderful stay here. Room was comfortable. Not huge but great if you plan to be out sightseeing most of the time. Daily breakfast is delicious, more Japanese than Korean. Nightly ramen served for guests was delicious comfort after exploring all day! My favorite part was the spa downstairs with hot/cold pools, sauna, and showers. There is a little lounge area to grab an ice cream or yogurt drink after you go to the spa. The staff was friendly and very helpful! "

"This hotel is in an amazing location. The staff was really helpful and attentive. Some minor amenities were not provided due to Korean law, but nothing to impact the stay.
