"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

"Great property and fairly convenient location. About 10-15 minute walk to Sunnegga lift and about 5 minutes to the bus. Ski locker and boot room adjacent to entrance makes gearing up very straightforward. Property manager very professional and responsive. Only downside was a door lock that didn’t work. "Marco was a great host very communicative and quick to rectify any problems. Great chalet with lots of space and 2 bathrooms and comfortable. I have let Marco know about the issues we had, namely no duvet covers, no chopping board, WiFi didn’t work and nor did either tv or the dishwasher (I cleaned the filter and it worked again) but he appreciated my feedback and said would amend after our stay. I would return but only if these things worked. All in all a lovely resort!"

"We have really enjoyed staying in Berenice apartment during Christmas Holiday. The apartment is located at a wonderful location with a stunning view of the Matterhorn. It is also very well equipped for a comfortable stay. Berenice is very friendly, helpful and patient to answer all our questions, and offer tips before and during our stay. I highly recommend staying at Berenice place if it is available when visiting Zermatt!"

"The apartment I was given was clean, well equipped and had an amazing view…not sure if this ‘view’ is guaranteed so I will refrain from saying what the view was but you can guess. Couldn’t fault the accommodation we were placed in. Nice to see the apartment block had a quiet time (10pm till 6am) this was respected when we were there so we had 4 good night sleeps. "
