"My adult daughter and I stayed for three nights and really enjoyed the space. The owner was very easy to touch base with and check in and out were super easy. It seemed to be a very safe neighborhood and close to metro and trains. We’re so happy to have chosen this space for our trip!"

"Perfect spot for taking in the Olympics, steps from 13 metro line and buses and surrounded by fun restaurants and shops. Apartment was small, as to be expected for an older building in the city. Beds were fine but kitchen was pretty poorly equipped. Biggest complaint was the bathrooms. The toilet was difficult to access, similar to on an airplane with knees hitting the door when sitting. The shower was modern but also featured an interior window allowing full view from the hall! We hung a towel...

"We loved our stay in Paris! The apartment has classic Parisian charm and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We are 4 adults and had plenty of room. The metro is a quick walk away, as are restaurants, cafes and a boulangerie. Our host was very helpful and kind, too. Merci, Regis!"

"Clean little place near the train station. We needed a spot near the metro to go to CDG and this fit the bill. Nice quieter place with a commercial street nearby for eating. We couldn't get the hot water to work, but not sure if that was us not figuring t out or maybe the instant hot water heater above the washing machine just wasn't turned on yet. I would still recommend."

"I stayed at this property with 4 other adults for 3 weeks in September 2024 and was so happy with the location and the property. It was an easy 10-minute walk to two of the metro lines M13 and M14 as well as being a 12-minute walk to a shopping center with large grocery store. The location was about 30 minutes from Paris center via either metro line, we all felt very safe when walking home from there late at night. "Inside is cute and clean the owner and their family where so sweet. The location unfortunately is right next to an train that runs 24/7 and limited sunlight in the building. You are very close to public transport little grocery shops and restaurants ."

"The facilities in the appt were good. It was perfect for tourists like ourselves who were spending most of the days enjoying Paris. The connection with the Property Manager was excellent and I received responses and action immediately. Recommendations - New sheet for Sofa Bed would be good. Fan to be available for upstairs living area when temp was high. On the whole very enjoyable trip"
