"Good location in close-in suburb with metro station less than a block away, and grocery stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. Fairly spacious room by Paris standards. Kitchenette was a plus, but no dishwasher and the utensils etc. were a bit difficult to access. We were told we would get a VIP bonus (free breakfast) but hotel did not have that in their records. It was resolved with excellent and polite help from the front desk. Breakfast was acceptable without being exceptional. ...

"Booked for a 2 night stay whilst visiting La Défense Arena and it was perfect from start to finish. Lovely clean room, comfy beds and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Literally walk across the road to access the trams to travel wherever you wish to go in Paris. Would recommend to anyone looking for affordable decent accommodation whilst visiting Paris."

"I had a great stay at the Koku. The staff is amazing! Although the hotel isn’t in the Centre of Paris the Metro (Lines 13 and 14) is across the street and you can get to any where you want to know easily. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything including cooking oil. I highly recommend staying here! "

"My stay was really very successful I stayed for 7 nights in a basic studio, I liked the property very much ..what I liked best about the place; the staff were very friendly and cooperative especially Ruth and Leo, and all the rest.. the Residhome is 10 minutes walking ro Quatre Temps and CNIT mall, which made it excellect close to the shopping area and having super U supermarket just in front of the hotel was an advantage ..the metro and RER were 10 minutes away which made it good location...

"Brilliant place to stay. Clean, lots of places to shop and buy food. Staff really helpful and friendly. Paris was shut down due to olympics but still had awesome view of Eiffel 2 mins walk from hotel so still got to see light show. Lovely walk through area to get to shops. Breakfast was good too. "We absolutely adored this simple, quite, cozy studio apt hotel room. There's a monoprix across the street for quick grocery shopping, and the kitchen area in our room had everything we needed for cooking simple meals. The area is residential, quiet, and safe feeling. A great walkable distance from La Defense Arena-- definitely ideal for attending a concert there. We would definitely stay here again! "
