"This home Is huge with plenty of room, beds and bathrooms - perfect for a family reunion. The kitchen was big and included everything we needed and more, even some spices! Each bedroom has a theme which added to the fun. The house does have a lot of stairs throughout the house, sometimes only a step or two, but thought you should know this if your group includes someone who can't do stairs."

"The home is beautiful! The stay was very relaxing. The views are amazing. We seen black bears, deer and elk. In regards to the home. The only suggestion I would have for future renters is the kitchen isn’t fully stocked. No cups and no big skillets. Also, the Vrbo ad shows pictures of bunk beds but when you get there you can’t use them per the notes taped on the beds. The grill needs a good cleaning and doesn’t ignite properly. The washing machine needs to be professionally cleaned it’s mildewed...

"The views are breathtaking! We had 11 people and we all had plenty of space, so it is a great space for large families. Everything was lovely. I only give 4 stars for cleanliness because while the house itself was very clean, the towels and sheets could use an update. The towels had a damp odor and were tattered and the sheets were flannel with rough pilling. "

"Enjoyed this clean newish 3 bedroom home with a great view from the back deck. Communication with property manager was good. Modern stove and microwave are a little finicky, but functional with well supplied kitchen. Advice: keep all downstairs windows closed and locked when you're not there to prevent wildlife visitors. Large screen TV is great; needed all of our own streaming subscriptions' details as P. S. is in the TV station and news desert that is the Four Corners region. Enjoyed lovely...

"Highly recommend this gorgeous home, it was the most beautiful home we have ever stayed at. It was quiet and surrounded by a gorgeous forest. The hot tub was so relaxing, the heated deck and grill served some wonderful meals, there was a great game room downstairs and plenty of games to keep us busy on the snowy days. "If staying within 50 miles of Pagosa Springs, this is the place to stay! You may not even want to leave the location. Plenty of space throughout the house to sit and relax and the huge porch wraps around half the house and could sit there all day and night with the cool breeze rolling off the mountains. Easy drive into Pagosa for hot springs and if you want to take in the town and tourist spots. For sure sit out by the fire pit and wait for the moon to set so you can see the stars, you will be...
