"Stayed here for a week while moving between properties. The apartment is located perfectly in the centre of St. Alban's, ideal for access to all local attractions. It is nice and spacious inside - and very reasonably priced. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries which was much appreciated.However there were 1 or 2 dissappitning issues - some that could be improved and others that are inherent limitations with the property. Firstly the property was very difficult to keep...

"The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc... But the apartments are just missing a few home comforts. Higher standard of cutlery and knives. Mirror in the lounge or bedroom. ...

"We had several issues: Patio door to balcony (we were on third floor) had no key so could not make it safe for children. Windows had no limiters on them so they swung right out and you could have topped out. Windows could not be pulled shut easily because the handle had nothing to pull onto hence the seal was not tight and rendered the double glazing useless and we could hear all the noise from the restaurants we overlooked below plus the fight that broke out at 2 pm. All the problems listed...
