"Everything is great, walking distance to everything. Parking not super easy given the limited spaces available around the property, and you have to pay for it - around 8 pounds a day."

"The accommodation is set in a lovely location & every member of staff was polite cheerful & helpful. Breakfast on our first morning was superb but sadly didn’t live up to the standard they’d set on the second morning which was disappointing but obviously a change of chef. Sadly our stay was impacted by noisey inconsiderate & uncouth neighbours but that’s outside the control of the hotel. "

"Great hotel in new romney perfect base to get around my room was perfect comfortable bed tea and coffee and a bottle of water waiting for me in my room lovely and warm specially with it being cold outside shower was great and the tv reception was amazing with everything you would want to watch tne pub was great also with a friendly atmosphere the breakfast was brilliant all cooked perfectly by pete the manager i will definitely be staying again so if anyone is looking to stay in the area then...

"What an amazing find. We can’t recommend Beachborough Park enough. From our first contact with Rob it could not have been better. He was so helpful and accommodating. When we arrived the welcome was warm and friendly. We were leaving early the next morning and would miss breakfast however there was already a paper bag with a continental breakfast ready and waiting for us in the room, including a cafetière ready for use. "Absolutely wonderful experience. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and informative. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Our room was cosy, comfy, with good en-suite facilities and luxury toiletries. We had tea/coffee making area, water and biscuits. This place is an absolute must. "

"Disappointing stay (Joss room) which was a shame as location was perfect for me. Shower was broken, was offered communal shower but on close inspection I decided not to use. Blind in room doesn’t close properly, lots of light coming in, very noisy fountain out front which you can still hear with windows closed. Very poor Wi-Fi. Pub itself was lovely, staff friendly, no food on Mondays though."

"Just right for my needs. Good location for access to town plus free parking. Unfortunately I did have noisy people in adjoining rooms who played loud music and the room the other side had tv on loud but that’s the lack of concern for others that’s all too common now and not the fault of the guest house. Breakfast was good and staff polite and helpful."

"We had a 2 night stay in the Four Poster Room. The room was lovely and spacious with the bathroom upstairs. All the staff we came across were lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were given the option to put any food and drink purchased at the bar and restaurant and pay for everything at the end of our stay. We will definitely stay again."

"Actually, I was sick the entire time I was there, not the fault of the Black Horse. However, the parking situation is terrible. While sick, I had to move the car several times. I found my rental car was side-swiped, and I'm having to pay for damages my insurance doesn't cover. Again, not the fault of the Black Horse."

"So peaceful and quiet and everything has been so well thought out. The bed was so comfy, and the addition of the electric heater in the bathroom was perfect; it made the hop over the to the toilet in the middle of the night bearable. It’s open year round so we’ll definitely be back when it’s colder and we can have the fire going! Wendy was absolutely lovely when we arrived and our daughter made a new friend in her wonderful dog."

"A wonderful stay, with all the comforts and amenities we could wish for. Location is close to everything in the town center, and access to restaurants and shops a block away. We will definitely return, again!"
