The room and facilities were clean, comfortable and breathtakingly serene. "The pool is huge and the trees and gardens around the pool are beautiful. It's a very nice area to relax at. This hotel is excellent for families with children because many of the rooms are around the pool so parents can relax on the balconies while their children play in the pool steps away. We had to change rooms because they were having an ant problem with our first room but the rooms were very clean and the maids did a great job. The breakfast was included with our room. "The Regent Cha-am Beach resort was a very comfortable stay in January 2025. We booked to stay for a wedding held in the grounds. The staff were very helpful and arranged cars, helped us book a fabulous cooking class and were happy to help with everything. The interior is a little tired and sadly the spa was not open.
