"My room was not properly cleaned once during my 6 day stay. The guesthouse is clean but this is not acceptable. The staff were friendly but spoke no English. The address does not accurately reflect the location (in a Soi) and the signage is all in Thai. If you are going to advertise on English language websites than there must be some English somewhere."

"When I arrived at the Hotel and show my booking, paid through Expedia webpage, they did not have the booking, they said they are not listed with Expedia and did not honor the price I paid. I moved to another hotel was not able to stay there. I am expecting EXPEDIA to pay me back. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE VERY EMBARRASSING. Contact me directly"

"had to delay the check-in due to finishing aircon replacement and cleaning. overall quiet out of the way place on nice grounds. minor issues with electrical items (kettle & shower) that could have been checked beforehand. owner is responsive and got things done quickly when asked."

"The magic house is recently renovated hotel located at the central location of Cha-Am beach. Price is higher than the surrounding hotels. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is below average for the cleanliness of the sheet. There are mosquitoes flying in the room as well."
