"Everything was perfect about this property. The only down side was a sewer stench coming from the bathroom; however all of the other qualities made it tolerable. The steps were no problem unless maybe you are older or injured. Marco was sweet but did better answering calls rather than texts. The room had a cozy vibe and the bed was so nice, like sleeping on grandma’s sheets. The wood ceiling in our room was beautiful. We could walk easily to everything. The price was a great value. "

"The very first thing I would say is that the location is PERFECT! Central to everything! The bed,pillows and mattress were extremely nice!!! "Perfect accomodation and perfect hosts, Silvano and Milena were so kind, welcoming and helpful. Victoria makes the best scrambled eggs 😊. Good selection of fresh products for breakfast and freshly squeezed orange juice. Room was immaculate and housekeeping every day. Highly recommend a stay here and we would love to stay again "

"When we arrived, the apartment was very warm inside. We attributed this to the heatwave that the Lake Como was experiencing and turned the air conditioner on. When the temperature remained around 35 celcius, I realized that someone had left the wall radiator heater on. I turned this off and the temperature still remained high.
