"Really enjoyed the amount of space, the large bathrooms, big balcony, washing machine. Not a lot for us to do in Valverde, but a nice jumping off point for Mount Etna and Taormina. Very kind and accommodating town, as we spoke no Italian and they were very patient with us."

Reasonably good location allowing you to access to Etna and the coast. There is no air conditioning so there were a few nights where it was a little uncomfortable. "The house was perfect for our large family! Nice bedrooms, good with three toilets and great to have a Livingroom. We loved to sit outside in the shadows with a lot of beautiful flowers around. The waterfront area was so good and snorkeling just amazing. The pool was also great but was closed for our last days because of ash from Etna. We had a rental car and it was great to park just outside the house. We really want to come back!"
