"We had a fantastic stay at this villa. The villa had everything we needed and was perfect for six adults. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking our meals and the patio was great for al fresco dining. The pool was a fabulous way to cool off during hot, sunny afternoons. The views of Mt Etna and the Mediterranean are amazing. Mara was an excellent host! She was responsive to all our questions and requests. "Beautiful home externally, and cosmetically on the inside. Few things were left out of property info or just falsely advertised, e.g. “extra twin-bed” (no where to be found, after we paid additional fee for extra person). Despite cleaning fee (and even after we had cleaned up as much as possible), we were asked to thoroughly clean kitchen and take trash out to the street. There was mould present and growing in few corners of the kitchen and living room. And lastly there was someone living in the...

"The villa was spacious and provided ample opportunity to socialize in the common areas or enjoy quiet time with a book elsewhere within the villa or on the grounds. "Beautiful house in a quiet area. Luxurious accommodation with incredible facilities and a really beautiful outdoor private pool. The indoor thermal pool was an additional luxury great to cool off after hot days in the sun or to use when the rain came. We didn’t pay to have it heated. The kids loved them both as did we. We even used the indoor gym equipment ! Good way to work off all the lovely food and drink. You do really need a car to get to the local shops, restaurants, and beaches. One...

"Villa Nel Monte was a great property with lots of character and different spaces to enjoy. Hosts were communicative and welcoming. The location is a short ~20-30 min drive to key locations around Etna, and very close to vineyards. We chose it for it’s location a little out of Nicolosi, but it was an easy (although not on pavements) 10 min walk into the town for dinner, drinks, or late-night gelato! "We were a large family of 12 that we then were joined by an additional 4 for a total of 16 people. The house was very spacious with lots of room for everyone. Mimo was very attentive to all our questions. We have lots of family that lives in Nicolosi so it worked out to be our meeting place with it's beautiful views. "I recommend this property. It is well-situated and well-cared for. The grounds are amazing. The property manager is fluent in English and very helpful. As in every property we stayed in this trip (three different ones) each needs to secure new beds - box springs and mattresses."
