Few things were left out of property info or just falsely advertised, e.g. “extra twin-bed” (no where to be found, after we paid additional fee for extra person). "Beautiful house in a quiet area. Luxurious accommodation with incredible facilities and a really beautiful outdoor private pool. The indoor thermal pool was an additional luxury great to cool off after hot days in the sun or to use when the rain came. We didn’t pay to have it heated. The kids loved them both as did we. "Villa Nel Monte was a great property with lots of character and different spaces to enjoy. Hosts were communicative and welcoming. The location is a short ~20-30 min drive to key locations around Etna, and very close to vineyards. We chose it for it’s location a little out of Nicolosi, but it was an easy (although not on pavements) 10 min walk into the town for dinner, drinks, or late-night gelato! "We were a large family of 12 that we then were joined by an additional 4 for a total of 16 people. The house was very spacious with lots of room for everyone. Mimo was very attentive to all our questions. We have lots of family that lives in Nicolosi so it worked out to be our meeting place with it's beautiful views.
