"The property was very well-appointed and clean. The area was transitioning and there were many places that looked unsafe. There was a set of blinds on one window that would not go all the way down, so that made me nervous. I propped things up against both doors for added security. Surprisingly I slept straight through the night which lets me know it was quiet and peaceful that night. I would try it again, though. "

"My wife and I found the rental very well equipped and very clean and cozy. The artwork within the rental was way beyond standard and tasteful. The one bedroom with the single window had room darkening cellular shade and made it very dark which is great for a solid night sleep. I do wish it was a queen bed instead of a full size, but we managed. The tv selection for entertainment was good and better than most. Overall, highly recommended. "We were visiting family iver the Holiday and needed our own place. This apartment wss heaven. It was close to everything, had free parking, was in a great neighborhood with exceptional views, lots of space, very clean and modern and had all the essentials. We were five people and had beds for all with space to seoerate. Also two full bathrooms was a great plus. The trails behind the building were also a great treat. "Easy walk to downtown pedestrian mall and restaurants and was perfect for a weekend getaway. On street parking was no problem and the building is quiet though there is some Saturday night noise from restaurants in Belmont. "
