"I had the opportunity to go to the lounge when I stayed in Voco Hotel. The staff, whom I saw the 2 days while in the lounge were awesome! They are Joo, Sheryl, Roy and Natasha. They were friendly and approachable - always attending to my needs where necessary. They would take the initiative to recommend and serve me drinks as I ate in the lounge, be it during tea break or dinner. They were also prompt in clearing the table as I was done eating.
