Keshar at breakfast in the lobby restaurant was very helpful & prompt with the service. The facilities coupled with the excellent staff will be my first choice to stay when I am back in Riyadh next time. Thank you & keep up the great work."

"The hotel staff were very attentive and made certain that I had everything that I needed. The tranquility of the Palace in the evening was perfect - despite the hotel renovations being done. Care was taken to be certain that noise was kept to an absolute minimum. Thank the staff profusely for their kindness! I always contact the IHG Crowne Plaza Riyadh Palace or Crowne Plaza Al Waha when I travel to the Kingdom. The service is always impeccable!"

"We LOVED this palatial property. The lobby florals were stunning and changed daily. We got a room overlooking the front fountains which I recommend. The swimming pool is the largest & fanciest I’ve ever seen. The service was incredible. Alesia in the lobby was very helpful and kind. Fascial the butler was equally attentive and funny. Shukran for a fabulous stay. "
